Most of the time, we will heard our parents complaining that “You, kids nowadays are so lucky compared to those old timers!”. What was your first expression or reaction when you first heard this sentence throw to you?
As for me, I was very defensive and felt my capability being challenge by my parent. I complained that they have lacked in faiths and believes in me. I’m capable of doing much better & achieve greater height than them. Claimed that they don’t understand our challenges that we faced nowadays are more stressful than old timer. Is that so? Anyone can enlighten me on this?
